What is the Leadership Development Program?

Our Leadership Development Program offers a unique training and teaching experience for students to take the next step in making their faith their own. Throughout the program they experience a variety of sessions and team development activities designed to help them grow their leadership abilities, strengthen their teamwork skills, and build on the foundation of their faith.

Experiencing Leadership Training

Students will receive practical camp training as a requirement for all potential ministry team members; however, participants are not required to stay on as part of the team. These two weeks provide an opportunity to make lasting friendships as groups bond and grow together.
